These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 33pak platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By using 33pak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No third-party or proxy payments are permitted.
All bonuses, welcome offers, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 33pak. This age restriction is a hard requirement enforced under the terms of 33pak's international gaming license. 33pak conducts age verification checks at the point of registration and before processing any withdrawal request. If it is determined that a player is under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately, all activity will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 33pak platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. 33pak uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and bonus funds or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.
33pak is operated and marketed primarily for users located in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 33pak platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 33pak makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Pakistan.
Age Verification Notice: 33pak will request government-issued identity documents before processing your first withdrawal. Documents accepted include CNIC, passport, or driving licence issued in Pakistan. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33pak account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 33pak will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 33pak requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33pak support immediately. 33pak will suspend the account pending investigation. 33pak cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
33pak monitors account activity for unusual patterns, including but not limited to rapid bet sequences, irregular withdrawal patterns, and access from unusual geographic locations. Where suspicious activity is detected, 33pak may temporarily restrict account functionality while an investigation is conducted. Players will be notified of any such restriction and given the opportunity to provide clarification.
33pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33pak does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the platform.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time, typically within ten seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to thirty minutes to reflect in your account during business hours, and longer on public holidays. 33pak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 33pak reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment account will be returned, and the player account may be subject to further review.
Minimum Amounts: The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other offers made available to 33pak players are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your 33pak account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page and in any communication relating to the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus funds being removed from your account.
33pak actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that systematically minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting"), and using automated betting systems in conjunction with bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 33pak reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain in an account after the expiry date will be removed without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry conditions applicable to any bonus credited to their account.
All games on the 33pak platform — including slots, live casino tables, arcade titles, bingo, and fishing games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. The outcomes of all games are final once the result is determined by the RNG system. 33pak cannot reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical malfunction as described in clause 7.3.
All sports betting markets, including cricket, are governed by the specific rules published in the 33pak sports betting section. Bets accepted prior to an event are binding. In-play bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 33pak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error.
In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system failure during gameplay, 33pak will investigate the incident using server-side records. Where a malfunction resulted in an incorrect game outcome, 33pak reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's PKR Wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction are not payable.
33pak reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed stated maximum limits, bets placed by accounts under review, or bets on markets temporarily suspended for operational reasons. The placing of a bet does not guarantee acceptance; bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by the 33pak platform with a unique transaction reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33pak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
Anti-Money Laundering: 33pak operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks under its international gaming license. Suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with license obligations. Player funds identified as connected to illegal activity will be frozen pending regulatory instruction.

All content on the 33pak platform — including but not limited to the 33pak name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of 33pak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33pak platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any 33pak content without prior written authorisation from 33pak. Unauthorised use of 33pak intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pak's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 33pak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
33pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if the player is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where an account is closed for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits held in the PKR Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no fraudulent activity is involved.
You may request closure of your 33pak account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in your PKR Wallet will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Active bonuses will be cancelled at the time of closure.
Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by 33pak — your access to the platform will cease. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and prohibited conduct) shall continue to apply.
33pak may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — such as changes to bonus policies, payment terms, or eligibility requirements — 33pak will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the 33pak platform and may request account closure as described in section 12.2. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 33pak's international gaming license jurisdiction. By using the 33pak platform, you agree that any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through the 33pak internal complaints process.
To initiate a complaint, contact the 33pak support team with a written description of the dispute. 33pak will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 working days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 33pak's licensing authority.
